Our mission
Across Europe, exceptional properties containing multiple homes — estates, villages, farms, and châteaux — remain out of reach for individual buyers. ShareVillage brings together people who share a vision of collective living, providing the structure, safeguards, and transparency needed to purchase and own together.
What we are — and what we are not
ShareVillage is a platform for collective home ownership. We facilitate the discovery, commitment, and acquisition process for groups of people who intend to live in the properties they purchase together.
We are not a bank, payment institution, investment platform, or financial advisor. We do not hold client funds directly, promise financial returns, or provide investment advice.
Regulated financial architecture
All financial commitments would be processed through a regulated payment partner. Firebase Authentication and Firestore provide secure user management and data storage. The MVP uses mock payments for demonstration purposes.
