• Payment partner (e.g. Mangopay): KYC, wallets, and commitment processing when you make a financial pledge.
• Project lawyers and professionals: only where necessary for an acquisition you join, and under confidentiality.
• Other project participants: community profile and chat content you choose to make public.
• Authorities: when required by law.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed in the EU, UK, or United States depending on service providers. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required for transfers outside your jurisdiction.

7. Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute purposes.

Commitment and payment records may be retained longer where required by financial regulations or project documentation.
