1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ShareVillage website and related services (the "Platform") operated by ShareVillage ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, registering interest, or making a commitment through the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What ShareVillage is and is not

ShareVillage is a platform that helps groups of people discover exceptional multi-home properties, express interest, and coordinate collective acquisition of properties they intend to live in.

• We facilitate discovery, community tools, and project milestones.
• We are not a bank, payment institution, investment firm, or financial adviser.
• We do not hold client funds directly. Financial commitments are processed through a regulated payment partner.
• We do not promise financial returns. This is not an investment product.
• A commitment or expression of interest is not a completed property purchase.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts under the law that applies to you.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Property listings and information

Property descriptions, prices, images, and cost breakdowns are provided for information. Indicative figures may change after due diligence or seller negotiation.

We do not guarantee that any listed property will be acquired, that any unit will remain available, or that stated prices are final.

Some listings may be marked as examples or demonstrations. Do not treat them as live acquisition opportunities unless clearly stated.

5. Interest and commitments

Expression of interest: non-binding registration of intent to explore a specific home within a project. You may withdraw interest before making a financial commitment.

Financial commitment: a pledge of funds toward a collective acquisition, subject to the Commitment Agreement and payment partner terms. Commitments are governed by separate documents presented at checkout.

Opening or accepting commitments may require identity verification through our payment partner.

6. ShareVillage fee

Projects may include a ShareVillage platform fee, typically calculated as a percentage of the property purchase price and shown in the acquisition cost breakdown.

Fees and third-party costs are disclosed before you confirm a financial commitment.

7. Community features

Community profiles, chat, consensus tools, and newsletters must be used lawfully and in line with our Community Guidelines.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that are abusive, misleading, or harmful to other participants or the project.

8. Ownership and resale

ShareVillage describes a model in which participants aim to acquire individual homes within a collectively purchased property. Final ownership rights, unit allocation, and resale rules are set out in project-specific legal documents prepared by qualified lawyers, not in these Terms alone.

Marketing copy on the Platform is illustrative until confirmed in the buyer approval pack and completion documents.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before committing funds or signing project documents.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShareVillage shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the Platform or participation in a project.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. By using the Platform you acknowledge that policy.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons.

13. Governing law and disputes
