Respect
Respect people, privacy, differences and shared spaces.
Be kind
Speak and act with consideration.
Share when you can
Time, knowledge, tools, food, transport, support.
Consult
Discuss decisions that may affect others.
Include
Make space for different people, needs and perspectives.
Care
Care for each other, the community and the place we share.
Consensus
When something affects the village, raise a topic in Consensus to understand community feeling before acting. Advisory mode gauges opinion; Decision mode is for formal collective choices with a closing date.
